Let me capture all the moments of your special day. My approach is to be a fly on the wall with minimal direction to allow the day to flow naturally. Our base package includes photography from the bride's preparation, the ceremony and through to the cutting of the cake at the reception.

We can also assist with location options, transport and venues.

Package 01

 

$4500 (all prices in NZD)

 

Pre-Wedding

Includes pre-wedding meeting to chat about style and special moments you'd like captured throughout the day. In the meeting you’ll be asked to bring a moodpboard (Pinterest, tear sheets from magazines, for example) of wedding images that you like. I can then fine tune the photography, and editing to suit.


On The Day

On the day I’ll start with the bride’s preparation (location dependent I can also add in the groom’s preparation), then the gathering of guests, ceremony, group and family shots, feature images of the bride, groom and bridal party at up to two locations and then the reception through to the cutting of the cake. My approach is to be a fly on the wall with minimal direction to allow the day to flow naturally. My strength is in capturing those unguarded moments and making sure I get great images of family members and friends along the way.


Delivery

My goal is to turn around 20 images within 12 hours of the end of the reception so you can use them for social media etc. We usually select a few key moments for these and optimise them for screens at 3000px on the long side. The balance of the images for you to select from will come within two weeks of the wedding date. We usually edit a selection of 300-400 from each wedding and you can select up to 150 of these to download directly from your very own online gallery hosted with my website. Prints can be purchased at an additional cost. My wedding clients love our gallery – it’s beautiful and really easy to use on mobile devices or computer. You can share this gallery with family and friends and they will be able to order and pay for prints directly from the website.

Package 02

$6500

 

This includes everything in Package 01, but includes an extended license to download as many of the images in the selects as you like – including the entire gallery.

Package  03

$9900

 

This package includes everything in Package 01 & 02, but with the addition of a premium 50-page (100 side) 12 x 12” leather-bound photo album capturing your special day. Our albums are beautifully designed and become family heirlooms in years to come.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel expenses are additional to the package prices here for any weddings held outside a 20km radius of Dunedin Central. For most locations this is mileage at the current IRD rates per km and $250 per night's stay (please note my nightly rate is $350 for Queenstown, Wanaka and Auckland). International travel will also incur any flight expenses.

HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE FOR MY WEDDING PHOTOS?

Wedding photography is a lot of fun and usually a highlight for my clients. We start by sitting down ahead of the wedding to discuss what you'd like captured and the style of photography you want to go for. I usually do that in my gallery/studio in Dunedin, or via online call for those weddings talking place further afield. This is great chance to discuss any special moments you'd like captured – like your grandad singing a Beyoncé song, or your grandma break-dancing! What happens if the weather is unfavourable on our big day?

Weather happens and so we just adapt to the conditions. I always have ideas (and lighting) up my sleeve for when this happens and the shots always look amazing. Often the venues have areas we can use if the outdoor options are completely out of the question. Most of the time we find breaks in the weather to capture a bit of variety outside.
